Note: Due to environmental considerations, Hilti does not plate with cadmium
Kwik-Cote Treatment Kwik-Cote is a unique copolymer coating which protects self-drilling screws against galvanic corrosion. The Kwik-Cote treatment, applied to standard self-drilling screws, is entirely compatible with other metals such as aluminum and bimetals.
